Shipping and Return Policy
All Continental U.S. orders below $100 will have a shipping charge of $8. Any U.S. order of $100 or more (excluding taxes) will be offered free shipping.
Above shipping rate only apply location within the Continental U.S. (Does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, or International shipping destinations) via Standard UPS Ground.
Some items may out of stock, which may cause a slight delay. Holidays and Weekends do not count as business days of operation.
You may return an item for any of the following reasons:
- I received a defective item
- Item was working initially, but isn’t working anymore
- The product was damaged in transit
- Not satisfied with the item / Not what I expected within 30days
If any of the items you ordered is defective, or was damaged during transit, you have 30 days to notify us after receipt of the order.
In all other cases, you are eligible for a return up to 15 days after receipt of your order.
We will process manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf. Please contact us prior to returning an item for warranty.
Return shipping cost
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost, unless the item was damaged during transit or is defective.
How the refund is applied
If the returned item is returned new, in its unopened and original packaging, a refund will be posted to the credit card or PayPal account used on the original order.
If the item has been used, or cannot be re-sold for sanitary reasons, a store credit will be applied to your account for the original order amount.
The initial shipping charge paid by the customer is refunded, but only up to the value of standard shipping.
What documents do I need to provide upon return
Include a note inside the returned package with the following information:
- Your complete name, address and phone number
- Your order number
- Reason for return
